" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="366" title=" (Big Grin)"/> The hand is really well done!The smiling expression shows a lot of emotion, good job!
The head is a little too big compared to the body, hand is well drawn, the nose needs more work, maybe look up more references of the face? I don't blame you. The face is hard to draw but this is a great start.
I think you did not use enough contrast in this drawing. Everything is way too light and bright. The background does not help it either since it's just as bright. It makes the picture really unbalanced.
Don't be afraid to go darker for shadows. There also is no clear light source from what I can see.. The light seems to be coming from the right judging from the shadow on the neck, but there's not enough shadow. Try doing more studies on contrast, shadow, and shading!
